Welcome to REGEN TECH Terms of Service

By using any of the Services and the App, You expressly agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site/App and the Services. The terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Regen Tech in relation to your use of the Site/App and/ or the Services and applies to all users of the Services, whether registered or not, on the App. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Service.

As used in this Agreement, “www.regentech.io”, ”we," "us," and "our" shall mean Regen Tech and its subsidiaries and affiliates. By accessing or using the services available through our app (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy currently found at the URL of (https://www.regentech.io/terms-of-service) and URL of (https://www.regentech.io/privacy-policy) and incorporated herein by reference. These Terms do not alter in any way the Terms of Service of any other agreement you may have with Regen Tech for products, services, or otherwise. If you are using the Services on behalf of any entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

In case you are not comfortable with the app, services and features, we suggest you to STOP using the app. Your agreement with Regen Tech regarding the compliance with the terms, rules and regulations becomes effective immediately upon your usage of any feature of the app.

Regen Tech reserves all the rights to update or modify these terms anytime without giving any notice. As a user, it is your responsibility to review the app and these terms from time to time and make sure you comply with the new changes. Your continued use of the app implies your acknowledgment of the updated terms and conditions.

Regen Tech requires all users to be over the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

You are responsible for your use of our Services, for any Content you post using the Services, and for any consequences or liability arising therefrom. You should only provide Content you are comfortable sharing under this Terms of Service.

1. Third Party Sites and Information

1.1 You might find several third-party links which may refer to some websites, apps, or other content provided by third parties. We do not control these parties and are not liable for the accuracy, legal compliance, or any other aspect related to these sites. We have provided these links merely as a convenience, and it should not be assumed as any association or endorsement with these parties. Please read the terms and conditions on their sites carefully before conducting any transaction with them.

2. Code of Conduct

We believe that coloring and community are the two things that complete each other. That's what the Gallery is all about, it is a platform to share artworks and interact with each other. The Gallery aims to build a community of colorists who can learn from each other and encourage each other through art in a relaxing way.
We do our best to keep our app safe. However, we do not provide any form of guarantee. We expect our users to keep the app safe, and as a user, you agree to follow these rules:

2.1 The content you share should be appropriate for everyone from different age groups and from any kind of background.
Do NOT post content that is:

Racist
Bullying, insulting, harassment, malicious comments
Any kind of hate speech, intimidation, false accusations
Pornographic or anything related that's inappropriate for the younger audience
Disturbing or violent
Provocative, mocking, quarreling
Name-calling, ranting, stirring up controversy, venting frustrations.

2.2 You should not share or post:

Any private information such as passwords, credit card information, or personal information.
Anything illegal or copyrighted. Do not post any unlawful activities such as pyramid schemes.
Any images that come from other coloring applications.
Other people’s coloring in your profile as your own. We highly honor people’s hard work in creating a coloring piece. You may learn a new skill or be inspired by the work of others, but stealing, copying, or plagiarism is unacceptable.
Rumors or accusations against Regen Tech or any of its users. If you see any bugs or functions that aren’t working or should you have any suggestions, please use the feedback button in the Settings tab.
Spam. Do not post the same picture repeatedly. Do not constantly ask for likes or followers. Do not post marketing schemes or advertisements for other sites / third parties without written consent from Regen Tech.

2.3 Regen Tech has the right but no obligation to take action on any post or comments in the Gallery. Any picture/comments deemed inappropriate or unfinished (or almost empty) may be removed from the Gallery without prior consent.

2.4 If you find anyone who doesn’t follow the community guidelines, do not engage them directly. Instead, report it to us through email at contact@regentech.io, attaching the screenshot of the corresponding post/comment and we'll take the necessary action. Any user that is not abiding by these rules may be banned.

2.5 Regen Tech does not endorse, approve, or prescreen any content you or other users post, communicate/comment on, or use our apps/services. Regen Tech does not assume any responsibility or liability for any content generated, posted, or communicated by any user on or through our apps/services. You agree to indemnify Regen Tech and their respective employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, representatives, vendors, and content providers from any liability or damages arising from or resulting from any content you post or communicate on or through our apps/services.

2.6 In no event shall we, our affiliates, or our partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through the Service.
You understand that we make no guarantee, express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information) or wire or send money to other users. You agree that any Content you place on the Service may be viewed by other users and by any person visiting or participating in the Service.

3. Publish Limits

3.1 To prevent flooding of the server, we have a publish limit as follows:

Regular users may publish 5 pictures per day
Pro members may publish 25 pictures per day

4. Intellectual Property Information:

4.1 By accepting the terms mentioned in this agreement, you agree that any material presented on the website is entirely protected by copyrights, service marks, trademarks, proprietary laws and regulations, and Regen Tech is the sole owner of these materials and its derivatives. These copyrighted materials belong entirely to Regen Tech and it is including, but are not limited to, the colored and un-colored images, and the copy of colored or un-colored images in any shape or form, such as a digital copy or printouts.

4.2 Your use of these artworks is strictly personal, and we do not allow users to sell our artworks commercially without our written permission, whether it is for profit or not.

4.3 In case you color our artworks and share them on social media, we reserve the right to use those artworks for advertising and marketing purposes.

4.4 Regen Tech has the right to use any artworks colored by you for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Regen Tech may contact you for revenue sharing opportunity should the occasion occur. However, Regen Tech has the absolute right to decide whether to share or not any revenue or profits coming from the sales of any product using the pictures colored by you.

5. Subscription / Auto-renewal

5.1 We offer a 7-day free trial to our users. After this time period, you will be charged according to the prices listed in the app.

5.2 For price details, please refer to the FAQ - Subscription inside the corresponding app.

5.3 Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Please check the following procedure to turn off Auto-Renewal:

For Subscription with iTunes:

Open Settings tab
Tap on "iTunes & App Store"
Tap on "Apple ID: User Name"
Tap on View Apple ID
Tap on Subscriptions (or for older versions of iOS: In Account Settings under Subscriptions, Tap Manage)
Tap on the corresponding app name.
Here you can manage your subscription or stop it by Turning off "Auto Renew"

For Subscription with Google Play

Please note that you might have a slightly different menu outlook due to different versions of Android and different devices. However, here are the general steps to manage your subscription:

Open the Google Play Store on your Android Smartphone or tablet.
Open the My Apps section via the Google Play Store menu. The menu can usually be toggled by tapping on the three lines or three dots located on the top right or left corner of the screen.
To the left of Installed apps is a list of your subscriptions.
Tap on the corresponding app name. And here, you can manage the subscription or cancel just tap on the ‘Cancel' button and confirm the action by tapping Yes.

5.5 Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. See instructions in point 5.4 above for more information.

5.6 No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period

5.7 Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

5.8 As a user, you understand that no refund is given on purchases.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS THAT ARE OFFERED ON THIS APP ARE PROVIDED ON "AS IS" MANNER AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FORM OF WARRANTY EITHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITING THE KIND OF IMPLIED GUARANTEES THAT COULD BE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. OUR APP AND WEBSITE MIGHT INCLUDE SOME TECHNICAL OR OTHER FORM OF MISTAKES, INACCURACIES OR GRAMMATICAL ERRORS. REGEN TECH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS APP AT ANY TIME.

THE UTILIZATION OF THE SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS APP, OR DOWNLOADING ANY KIND OF MATERIAL VIA THIS APP IS PERFORMED AT YOUR RISK AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR TO YOUR COMPUTER AND ANY OTHER DEVICE YOU MIGHT USE TO ACCESS OUR APP. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT COULD RESULT FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES.

7. Termination of Use

The users agree that Regen Tech reserves the right (in our sole discretion) to suspend or terminate your access to our app (or any part of the site) without issuing a notice. We may take this action for any reason, including but not limited to the violations of these terms and conditions. We do not tolerate any form of fraudulent activity, abuse and other illegal activities and your account will be terminated as soon as we suspect such activities occurring on your account.

8. Governing Law

As a user, you agree to follow and comply with all local, state and national laws, rules and regulations that are applied to you when you utilize our services.
